Back On Your Feet Soon Little Turtle

I love the images in the Stampin' Up Back On Your Feet stamp set. They make such cute get well card.

I stamped the turtle onto some 80# Neenah Classic Crest Solar White Cardstock and colored it with Copic Markers.

This time I decided to cut a window in some colored cardstock and add it over the image with foam tape. I created two different card, one with a dark sage green cardstock and the other with a light turquoise. I used a stitched rectangle to cut the panel so that it would leave a small white border when placed on the card front.

For one card I used an Avery Elle Double Pierced Square and on the other a My Favorite Things Pierced Circle Die to cut the opening in the rectangles and added Simon Says Stamp Big Mama Foam Tape around the opening and on the rest of the panel.

On one of the cards I placed the panel over the image to determine where to stamp the sentiment and then removed the backing paper on the foam tape to adhere the two together. On the dark sage green card the sentiment was stamped on the panel with VersaMark Ink and heat embossed white. The panels were then adhered to a top folding A2 cardbase with dotliner adhesive.
