I decided to use the largest balloon in the Birch Press Designs Party Balloon die set and create shaped card.
I first cut the balloon from a top folding cardbase, overlapping the die at the top to leave a hinge. The balloon was then cut again from a glitter cardstock and adhered to the front of the balloon shaped cardbase with liquid glue.
I wanted to keep it fairly simple and pulled out this large sentiment from Honey Bee Stamps. It was cut three times from a heavy weight white cardstock. The layers were adhered together with liquid glue and then it was adhered to the balloon card front.
White metallic cording was tied to the bottom of the balloon.
