This simple balloon bouquet stamp and die set from Simon Says Stamp makes a quick and easy card.
I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, because it is Copic Marker friendly and doesn't bleed with the alcohol ink. It was colored with Copic Markers and cut out using the coordinating die. The die was used to cut out some sticky back blue foam and they two were adhered together by removing the backing paper on the foam.
A panel of white cardstock was cut down with a stitched rectangle die. The balloon bouquet was laid on top to determine where to stamp the sentiment. The balloon bouquet was adhered in place with liquid glue. The panel was then adhered to a top folding cardbase with dotliner adhesive.
