Chevron Make a Wish

I used three different inks to stamp this background. Where the inks overlapped a used a blending brush to make sure there weren't any harsh lines. Once the stamping was complete the panel was cut down with a stitched rectangle die. Two balloons were cut from white cardstock and ink blended with two of the colors from the background. The sentiment was stamped on the largest balloon with VersaMark Ink and heat embossed white. The balloons were adhered in place with foam tape. I pulled out some gold mirror confetti that have in a bowl on my desk and scattered it around the balloons.
