Confetti Background You Take the Cake Frame

I recently purchased some patterned paper from Honey Bee Stamps and decided to make some masculine cards using the color scheme from the paper. A quarter sheet of confetti cardstock was cut and adhered to the top of an A2 cardbase.

I had a lot of die cut letters leftover from my previous card and decided to put them to use on another card. Thin strips of foam tape was added to the back of each letter. As with the previous card the negative panel was held in place on the front of the card with low stick tape and the letters were then adhered in place by removing the backing on the foam tape. Once they were well adhered the negative panel was carefully removed.

I had some leftover red cardstock from cutting the "You Take the Cake" letters and decided to used two rectangle dies to create a frame to go around the sentiment. It was adhered in place with thin foam tape.

Two cakes were stamped, colored, and die cut from the CZ Designs Party Palooza Stamp and Die and adhered at the bottom of the sentiment with foam tape. Spectrum Noir Clear Sparkle Pen was added to the letters.
