Have have two nieces with upcoming birthdays and decided to created another tulip card with a different Penny Black Stamp.
I first stamped with a light ink and colored it with Copic Markers. When the coloring was complete I stamped it again with VersaMark Ink and heat embossed it in gold. The sentiment was nestled into the lower right of the panel. The focal image was cut down so that it would be smaller than the green frame I decided to use. Foam tape was added to the back of the frame and the focal image was adhered in place by removing the backing paper on the foam tape. Everything was then adhered to a top folding cardbase.
A couple of small butterflies were punched from gold mirror cardstock and scattered within the flower. Crystal gems were added for the butterfly bodies and also scattered around the image.
