I ordered some Gina K. Designs White Poly-Glaze Sheets so that I could use the leftover foil from a Pink and Main Birthday Foilable. It turned out great. I cut down the panel with a stitched rectangle die and adhered it to a top folding cardbase.
I decided to add a couple of party hats. Since the background was busy I cut the main part of the hats from white cardstock and dry embossed them for some visual interests. The Pom Poms were cut from mirror and holographic cardstock. Red rhinestones were added to the centers.
The sentiment was cut from holographic cardstock and adhered to a white shadow. The secondary sentiment was stamped with VersaMark Ink and heat embossed silver. It was cut down using a label die.
