I had this panel of patterned happy birthday paper sitting around and decided to make a quick and easy card.
Foam tape was added to the back of the rectangle and it was adhered to landscape cardbase by removing the backing paper.
I had a small scrap of gold glitter cardstock in my stash that was the perfect size for this balloon die from Simon Says Stamp. It was adhered in place with liquid glue and the card was done.
