Happy Birthday Background with Balloons

I recently purchased some patterned paper from Honey Bee Stamps and decided to make some masculine cards using the color scheme from the paper.

I cut out a panel of "happy birthday" cardstock with a stitched rectangle die and matted it with green cardstock.

Five balloons were cut from coordinating rainbow colors and adhered into a bouquet. Metallic white cord was added to the bottom of each balloon for string. It was adhered with Scotch Tape to the back of the balloon and then balloons were adhered to the left of the patterned paper with a combination of liquid glue and two different lofts of foam tape. The strings were pulled to the back of the panel and adhered in place with Scotch Tape. The panel was adhered to the cardbase with dotliner adhesive. Clear sparkle pen was added to the balloons.
