This card uses Technique Tuesdays Many Candles. The images were stamped with colored ink and then filled in with Copic Markers. Their aren't any coordinating dies for this stamp so I fussy cut the candles and added foam tape to the back.
A panel of white cardstock was cut down with a stitched rectangle die. A candle was laid in place to determine where to stamp the sentiment. The sentiment has an open font for the word "brightest" and the letters were colored in with the same Copic Markers used on the candles.
The panel was adhered to a landscape oriented cardbase with foam adhesive. The candles were adhered in place by removing the backing on the foam tape. Nuvo White Blizzard Glitter Drops were added to the flames.
