This card is made using more images from Simon Says Stamp Birthday Bash. They were stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored with Copic Markers. Simon Says Stamp Big Mama Foam Tape was added to the back of the hat and noise makers. The rest of the images were adhered directly to the panel with liquid glue. The sentiment was stamped below the image and also colored in with Copic Markers. The panel was cut down with a stitched rectangle and then matted with green cardstock. Darice Sticky Back Foam was added to the back of the panel, which was adhered to a top folding A2 cardbase.
