I really liked this plaid patterned paper. I cut a 4-1/4 x 5-1/2" rectangle and adhered it to a card base. A smaller stitched rectangle was cut from black and the party balloon die was cut from the center. Foam tape was added to the back of the stitched rectangle which was adhered to the plaid paper. The balloon outline was cut from gold mirror cardstock and adhered into the center of the balloons on the black cardstock. A sentiment was stamped on a scrap of black cardstock, heat embossed gold, cut into a label and then matted with a scrap of plaid cardstock.
