I love when you can get two cards from the die cuts of one. I had the purple cardstock on my desk from a previous card and decided to use one of the patterns to cut out the elements of this card. This is a perfect pairing die from Concord & 9th.
The balloon portion of the die cuts the outline and the balloons, some of them are solid and some are open. I cut both elements of the pairing with a patterned paper and glitter cardstock. I then filled in the open balloons with the patterned cardstock. For the second card it was reversed.
For this card the elements were cut again from white cardstock to add a little dimension. The front of a cardbase was dry embossed with a linen look embossing folder and the elements of the pairing were adhered in place with liquid glue.

For the second card the elements were cut from sticky back foam and adhered together by removing the backing paper on the foam. They were then adhered to a top folding cardbase that had been dry embossed with a different embossing folder.
