Radiant Flowers Happy Birthday

I have another sister whose birthday is coming up. She too loves blue. This time I used the new Papertrey Ink Into the Blooms: Radiant Flowers. I cut them from white cardstock. I like using white cardstock because you can really control the color of the petals with the ink you use for blending.
The layers were adhered together with low loft foam squares. They add a nice lift without being too bulky. I curled the edges of the petals with my fingers.
The flower centers were also cut from white cardstock and ink blended a dark grey. Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive in Ebony Black was added to the tips of the stamen.
I used a scalloped rectangle die to be the background behind the colorful flowers. It was dry embossed with Simon Says Stamp Spun Glass 3D Embossing Folder. The flowers and leaves were adhered in place with liquid glue.
A panel of blue cardstock was cut to 5-1/2" x 4-1/4" and dry embossed with the same folder. The edges of the panel were ink blended to draw the eye to the center of the panel. It was adhered to a top folding cardbase with liquid glue. The focal image oval was adhered in place with liquid glue.
The sentiment had been previously hot foiled and was adhered in place with foam squares.
