This is another image I found in a drawer. I no longer have this stamp, but I believe is was made by My Favorite Things, however, it is no longer available.
The balloons were colored with Copic Markers in rainbow hues. The sentiments was stamped below the balloon bunch and then both were cut out using an oval die.
A panel of red cardstock was cut 1/4" smaller than the cardbase and adhered in place with dotliner adhesive. Foam tape was added to the back of the focal image, which was then adhered to the front of the red panel.
A quick and easy card.
