I love this balloon bunch by Sparkle N Sprinkle. Unfortunately they are no longer in business. But there are other companies that have similar stamps.
The image was stamped on Neenah cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink nd then colored with Copic Markers.
I like to use dies to cut down the image. Unique shapes can drawn the eye to the image. For this card My Favorite Things Wonky Rectangle was used. Room was left at the bottom of the image to allow room for the sentiment, which was stamped with VersaFine Clair Nocturne Ink. Darice Sticky Back Foam was added to the back of the panel to add dimension when added to a top folding cardbase.
