Rainbow New Balloon Bunch Happy Birthday

This is a great image from Sparkle N Sprinkle, which is no longer available, but I love the stamp and it makes a great masculine birthday card.

It was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored with Copic Markers. The sentiment was stamped just below the balloons.

The focal image was cut down with a stitched rectangle die and matted with a blue cardstock. Foam tape was added to the back of the panel and then adhered to a top folding A2 cardbase.

White Blizzard Glitter Drops were added to the balloon highlight.
