I had used leftover blue and red mirror cardstock for the envelope on the previoius card, but it really didn't look good with the rainbow mirror card. So I created a new envelope for that card and since I had a leftover envelope with red and blue balloons I decided to make another card.
I still had the Sunny Studio Surprise Party Cardstock Pad on my desk and found a rainbow diamond pattern. It was cut down using a stitched rectangle die and adhered to a top folding cardbase with dotliner adhesive.
Three balloons were cut from scraps of red, blue, and green mirror cardstock. The balloon strings and sentiment were cut from scraps of gold mirror cardstock. The strings were adhered to the back of the balloons with small pieces of Scotch Tape. Foam tape was then added to the back of the balloons and they were adhered in place on the rainbow diamond background.
Small strips of foam tape was added to the back of the sentiment and it was adhered below the balloons by removing the backing paper.
