Slice of Cake with Sprinkles Happy Birthday

I originally thought I would make this a shaker card until I realized that the right side of the cake is open and there is nothing to add foam tape to. So I cut the cake and added acetate to the back. I traced the cake shape onto some kraft cardstock and ink blended the edges. I put foam tape on all the areas of frosting on the cake and then glued clay confetti to the cake sections of each layer then adhered the two together by removing the backing on the foam tape. A rectangle of patterned paper was added behind the image.
