This card was stamped on Bristol Smooth Watercolor Paper with VersaMark Ink and heat embossed gold. To watercolor the balloon on this background the darker ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Markers used on the previous card was added to the base of the balloon and then a water brush was used to draw the color up to the top of the balloon. The panel was cut down with a stitched rectangle die. The confetti was colored with a metallic gold gelly roll pen.
The sentiment was stamped on a scrap of Bristol Smooth with VersaMark Ink and heat embossed gold. It was cut out with the coordinating die. Low loft foam tape was added to the back. It was laid on the panel to determine where to stamp the secondary greeting with VersaMark and heat embossed gold as well. The main sentiment was adhered in place with low loft foam tape.
Low loft foam tape was added to the back of the balloon panel and adhered to a top folding Gina K. Designs Ocean Mist cardbase.
