Striped Patterned Paper Make a Wish Birthday

I had some leftover striped cardstock from a previous card sitting on my desk and decided to use it up and create a balloon card with the strips going in different directions. A larger balloon was cut from yellow cardstock. The edges were ink blended and the sentiment was stamped with VersaMark Ink and heat embossed white. Metallic white cord was used for the balloon strings.
