Time to Celebrate Balloon Background

I decided to make my first full shaker card. I had a panel of light gray cardstock sitting on my desk and decided to use it for the background on my shaker.
I pulled out some leftover packing from dies I had purchased. I cut it down to be 1/2" larger than a quarter sheet panel. Double-sided tape was added to the edges of the back of the gray panel. The backing paper was removed from three sides and the packing film was pulled over the edge of the panel and adhered in place.
The balloon background was cut two times from heavy weight white cardstock and adhered together with liquid glue. Dotliner adhesive was added to the back and it was adhered to the top of acetate.
The balloon centers were ink blended in rainbow colors with ink leftover on my blending brushes. They were adhered in place on the background with liquid glue.
A rainbow of sequins were added to the shaker and then the last edge of acetate was adhered to the back of the gray panel by removing the backing paper on the double-sided tape.
I decided to add a thin white frame to the edge of the shaker panel. It was adhered with dotliner adhesive.
The sentiment had been previous hot foilded. It was adhered by adding two thin strips of cardstock behind the label and then adhering the sentiment with liquid glue to the upper third of the card.
