I had the leftover water cutouts from the previous card I made and they make a great card as well. The layers were adhered together with low loft foam tape.
I pulled out scraps of colored cardstock to create the fish, coral, and seaweed. Each were ink blended to add some dimension. They were tucked into the different layers of water. I love the way it turned out.
A quarter sheet panel of sea glass paper was dry embossed with a wave embossing folder and then Tranquil Teal Ink was run across the surface to accentuate the waves.
The sentiment was stamped on a scrap of white cardstock with blue ink, cut with a label die, and adhered in the lower left of the cardbase.
